Coach James Rowson, the hitting coach for the Minnesota Twins, stopped by our practice to give a few tips on hitting, baseball & life.  

On one of the rare days off during the MLB season, Coach Rowson spent his time with the KC Kings.  Rowson grew up playing baseball and in fact, he made it to the minor leagues.  Rowson expressed to the Kings, "most people practice until they get it right, to be GREAT, you have to practice until you can't get it wrong."  He also stressed the importance of always using the batting tee, "...the best hitters in baseball hit off the tee every single day..."
